IMPACT
AI changed how much one team can do in a week. We see that as an imperative to use it for good.
Our story
Uncascade is an education technology company based in Lithuania. We build learning platforms, create science-backed courses, and invest in research that pushes the boundaries of how people learn.
We started as a digital agency, and that experience taught us how to build products that actually work. We learned what matters: shipping fast, listening to users, and never hiding behind jargon.
But along the way, we built Edukamentas — a learning platform for Lithuania that became our biggest product and our reason for existing. It showed us that education technology is where we can make the most impact.
So we made a choice. We stopped being an agency and became a product company. Everything we build now is rooted in education, backed by science, and driven by genuine curiosity about how people learn.
What we believe
Science over hype
We don't chase trends. Every product decision is informed by research. If we can't back a claim with evidence, we don't make it.
Build things that teach
Technology is a means, not an end. Every line of code we write should help someone learn something, teach something, or understand something better.
Experiment constantly
Our R&D lab is always running. Some experiments ship as products. Some don't. Both are valuable. We'd rather try and learn than play it safe.
No BS
We say what we mean. No inflated metrics, no empty buzzwords. We treat our team and everyone we work with like adults who can handle the truth.
